These fetches are equivalent to downloading a public file. Your IP address is visible to those services' servers as with any internet request, but no InfinityGuard-specific data is attached.
When InfinityGuard for Windows is running, the extension communicates with it over localhost only (http://127.0.0.1:<port>). This traffic never leaves your machine.
If you enable the AI plain-English explanation feature for Terms of Service pages, the extension sends the text of those pages to the AI provider you configure (e.g., Groq, Google Gemini, or a local model via Ollama/LM Studio). Infinity Solutions LLC never sees this data — your request goes directly from your browser to your chosen provider under their privacy policy. We strongly recommend local models for maximum privacy.

The InfinityGuard website (infinityguard.infinityhub.dev) is a static HTML site. We do not run analytics, ad tracking, or any JavaScript that phones home. Standard server access logs may be maintained by the hosting provider for infrastructure purposes; these are not under our control and are not used for marketing or profiling.
Lifetime license purchases are processed through Square. When you purchase, you interact with Square's payment interface directly. Infinity Solutions LLC receives confirmation that a payment was made but does not receive or store your full card number. Square's privacy policy applies to payment processing. We do not store payment details of any kind.
InfinityGuard is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any data from anyone, including children. Given that we collect no data at all, this is not a meaningful concern in practice.
Since we collect no data, there is nothing to retain or delete. All data generated by your use of InfinityGuard resides on your device and is under your control. You can clear the extension's storage at any time via your browser's extension settings.
Because no personal data is collected by Infinity Solutions LLC, standard data subject rights (access, deletion, portability) are automatically satisfied — there is nothing to access, delete, or export from our end. We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the product. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If material changes are made, we will note them in the product's release notes.

Plain-language summary: You can use InfinityGuard freely. Don't use it to harm others or break the law. We can't guarantee that every threat will be caught — no security software can. You accept these terms by using the product.
By installing or using InfinityGuard (the "Software"), including the browser extension and/or the Windows desktop application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
Infinity Solutions LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms.
Browser Extension — Free: The InfinityGuard browser extension is free to use indefinitely with no account and no limitations.
Early Access License (Beta Period): During the beta period, InfinityGuard for Windows is available as a one-time "lifetime" purchase. This grants you a permanent license to the product at the tier you purchased, valid for as long as that tier exists. These licenses are for personal or household use only and are non-transferable. Early access license holders are grandfathered at their purchased tier — your license does not expire when the beta ends.
Post-Beta Subscriptions: When InfinityGuard for Windows exits beta, the standard license model will transition to annual or monthly subscriptions. Lifetime licenses will no longer be offered as a standard purchase option at that point, though a personal/home lifetime tier may remain available at updated pricing. Subscription pricing is designed to stay competitive and meaningfully undercut comparable security software.
Pricing notice: License prices may increase as InfinityGuard is developed and new capabilities are added. The price you paid at the time of purchase applies to your license. We commit to keeping all tiers reasonably priced relative to the market.
You may use the Software for lawful personal security and privacy protection. You may not:
InfinityGuard includes or interfaces with open-source components including ClamAV (GPLv2) and others. Those components remain under their respective licenses. The InfinityGuard application code, AI detection engine, and proprietary detection algorithms are not open source and all rights are reserved by Infinity Solutions LLC.
Security software cannot guarantee complete protection. Threat actors continuously develop new techniques. No antivirus, browser extension, or security suite — including InfinityGuard — can detect or block every threat. InfinityGuard is a meaningful layer of defense, not an absolute guarantee of safety.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. INFINITY SOLUTIONS LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL DETECT ALL THREATS, BE ERROR-FREE, OR OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INFINITY SOLUTIONS LLC AND ITS OWNERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES RESULTING FROM A SECURITY BREACH, MALWARE INFECTION, DATA LOSS, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR SYSTEMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
InfinityGuard may interface with third-party services at your direction (e.g., AI providers you configure, threat intelligence feeds). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or privacy practices of those services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.
We may update the Software at any time to add features, fix bugs, or address security vulnerabilities. We may update these Terms with notice provided via the product's release notes or this website. Continued use of the Software after an update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using the Software at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to revoke a license if these Terms are violated. Sections 5, 6, and 10 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Vermont, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Infinity Solutions LLC regarding the Software and supersede any prior agreements.
